Megan Feasel - Pilates, Yoga, Core, Tone & Sculpt, Absolute Abs

    - Megan Feasel is currently the Assistant Director for the Recreation Department at Armstrong Atlantic State University.  Her responsibilities include group exercise, personal training, and coordinating wellness programs for faculty, staff, and students.  Originally from Ohio, she obtained her undergraduate and masters degrees from Wright State University in Dayton OH.  During her undergraduate she was an NCAA Div. One  scholar athlete and ran varsity cross country and track and field.  Her Master's degree was Administration with a focus in Anatomy and Physiology. Megan began teaching group exercise classes and personal training during college.  The class formats she instructs include yoga, pilates, spinning, water aerobics, step aerobics, BOSU, abs, kickboxing, weight/strength training, bootcamp, and cardio classes.  She is nationally certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for group exercise and personal training and also American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for personal training.  Other certifications include CPR, First Aid, and AED.  Megan has a lot of knowledge in fitness and exercise and is currently enrolled in AASU Sports Medicine Master's Program to enhance her education even more.  She is available to teach one-on-one yoga, pilates, and personal training.  "You will reach your goals!  Anything is possible with hard work and dedication.  

Christina Marmo - Yoga, Absolute Abs, Tone & Sculpt, Core, Pilates

     - Christina is a full time student at AASU studying education. She recently moved to Savannah from California. She has a strong background in dance. She also teaches at different studios in the Savannah area. She makes sure you are getting a good workout in her class but leaving with a smile. Christina is also a certified group exercise instructor for AFAA.
